For this week’s Friday Night Cocktail with Jason, we give you:
1 oz Nolets Dry Gin for it’s amazing Rose notes
1oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
2 Dashes of rose water to bring that aroma out
Add to glass with large ice cube, or ice sphere. Stir for 20 seconds to properly dilute. Use a orange peel and twist over the drink to extract the oils
Then if you want to be fancy, you can try your hand at making a rose out of an orange peel. Use a toothpick to hold it all together.
