Pursuit of Trying New Things

I have been hearing so many great things about this new fad of “spiraling” vegetables. There is no denying that I am an carb lover. This is a great way to cut out a few of my carbs and exchange them for veggies instead. Jason and I decided to start “spiraling” by making the ever popular zucchini noodles.

IMG_0033The key was to only cook it for a couple of minutes. If we cooked it any longer, it would have became mushy, and we would have lost our thin noodle.

IMG_0043Jason whipped up a little tilapia to pair it with, and we had a meal. (It was supper yummy!) After seeing how easy it was, I predict that we will be making noodles from veggies more often!IMG_0050 IMG_0051
